Important Dates and Times for Exhibitors
 
  Move-in Begins   June 28 Thursday 12 p.m.
    June 29
Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
    All exhibits must be set by 6 p.m.
         
  Exhibit Hall Hours   June 30 Saturday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
    July 1 Sunday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
    July 2 Monday 8:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m.
         
  Move-out   July 2 Monday 11 a.m. - midnight
         
          
Setup and Dismantling
  You may begin setting up your booth at 12:00 p.m., Thursday June 28. All exhibits must be in place by 6 p.m., Friday June 29 . Dismantling may not begin until 11:00 am, Monday,July 2. All exhibits must be removed by midnight, July 2.
